Gluten Free Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

175g Dove Farm Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
175g softened butter or margarine
175g caster sugar
4 medium eggs

Food colouring at least three different colours


Recipe

Preheat the oven to 170.c

Soften the butter

Add the sugar, mix the sugar and butter together

Add the flour and eggs mix the whole mixture. Gluten free flour needs lots of mixing to add air to improve the cakes rise.

Separate the mixture into bowls  , mix in food colouring to make a blue, pink and purple batter, keep some batter the original colour.

Spoon the mix a bit at a time into 12 cupcake cases, this is how to make the tie dye effect.

Pop the finished cakes into the oven,  check after 25 minutes.

Allow to cool.

If your lucky you might get chance to frost and decorate them, though eaten slightly warm they are yummy!
